This policy explains what information we collect when you use avraxgroup.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it short and in plain language.
1. Who we are
Avrax Developments Corp. ("Avrax Developments," "we," "us," or "our") operates avraxgroup.com. Construction services offered on this site are provided by Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp., the licensed company that contracts and performs the work. It holds all five of the Florida contractor licenses listed at the end of this policy (certified general, roofing, plumbing, pool/spa, and glass and glazing contractor; qualifier: Leynier Diaz Navarro).

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers information we collect through avraxgroup.com, including our quote and estimate forms, photo uploads and visit booking. It also covers the emails we send you about your request.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, you may give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your ZIP code and property address
- Project details, such as the service you need, the type of property, your timeline, whether you're interested in financing, your preferred language, and any notes you write
- Photos and PDF files you upload (up to 10 files, up to 20 MB each), such as photos of your home or the damage, plans or an engineer's report
- An optional on-site visit request: the date and time window you pick
If you contact us by phone or email, we keep what you send us.
Your consent record
When you submit a form, we keep a record of your choices. It includes:
- the notice shown under the submit button and its version
- the exact wording you saw and its version
- the date and time
- your IP address
- your browser and device information (user agent)
- the page you were on
We keep this record so we can show what you agreed to and when.
Information collected automatically
When you visit or submit a form, our systems collect some information automatically:
- IP address, browser and device type, and approximate country
- The page you're on and the page that sent you to us (referrer)
- Campaign tags and ad click IDs, if the link you clicked to reach us contains them (for example, UTM tags,
gclidorfbclid). We read them only from the address (URL) of the page you land on and save them with your request. We don't use cookies for this. - Security signals used to tell people from bots (see Section 7)
Our form is designed to shrink photos and remove location data (GPS) from them before they're uploaded. Still, please don't upload anything you don't want us to see.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your request and contact you about it
- Prepare your estimate and proposal, including reviewing your photos and files (estimates, proposals and contracts are issued by Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp.)
- Schedule and confirm your on-site visit
- Keep a record of your consent and of requests to stop contacting you
- Protect our site and our customers, including stopping spam, bots and fraud
- Understand how people find us, for example which page or campaign brought you to our site
- Follow the law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights
We don't use your photos for anything other than your request unless you give us permission.
5. How we share your information
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your personal information, including your phone number, with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only in these cases:
Service providers that work for us. These companies process information on our behalf to run the site and our communications:
- Cloudflare hosts our website, stores form submissions and uploaded files, and provides security and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Resend, our email provider, which sends our emails to you and to our team
- Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation), our customer management system, which receives your request so our team can follow up
Who works on your project. We share your request with Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp., the licensed company that contracts and performs the work (it holds all five Florida contractor licenses). When your project needs it, we also share the details needed for the job (such as your name, phone number, property address, project details and photos) with licensed subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and permit offices. They may use it only for your project.
Financing: If you apply for financing, you apply directly with the lender (GreenSky or Lyon Financing), and the lender's own privacy policy applies.
Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to a court order or other lawful request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our team or others.
Business changes. If our business is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and it stays covered by the promises in this policy.
6. Text messages
We don't send text messages. If we add text messaging in the future, we will only text you if you opt in, and we will update this policy first.
7. Cookies, analytics and tracking
Cookies we use
We use only the cookies our site needs to work safely. Our site runs on Cloudflare. To protect it from bots and attacks, Cloudflare may place small security cookies in your browser, for example __cf_bm (bot protection, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity), cf_clearance (shows you passed a security check) or _cfuvid (rate limiting).
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile looks at signals such as your IP address and browser information. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block these cookies, some parts of the site, including the forms, may not work.
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies
We don't use analytics tools, advertising tags, tracking pixels or tracking cookies on our site. We don't track you across other websites.
If the link you used to reach us contains campaign tags or ad click IDs (for example, UTM tags, gclid or fbclid), we read them from the address of the page you land on and save them with your request, so we know which link brought you to us. We don't set any cookies for this.
"Do Not Track"
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't use tracking cookies and we don't track you across websites, so there's no tracking for that signal to turn off. Our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends it.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep requests that don't become a project, including photos, for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you hire Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp. for your project, your project records, including contracts, permits, photos and payment records, are kept for 10 years after the project is completed, to meet warranty, building-code, tax and legal requirements. We keep consent records, and records of requests to stop contacting you, for at least 5 years after our last contact with you. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Links to your uploaded photos that we send by email stop working after 30 days. The photos themselves are kept for the retention period above.
9. How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access for our team, and photo links that are private, signed and set to expire. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we can't promise that your information will never be accessed without permission. If that ever happens, we'll notify you as the law requires.
10. Your choices
- Access and correction. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal information. We may need to keep some records, such as your consent and opt-out records, signed contracts and permit or tax records, when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights. We'll tell you if that applies.
- Email. Contact us to stop non-essential emails. Use the unsubscribe link, if the email has one.
- Phone calls. Tell us you don't want calls, and we'll note it in your record.
To make a request, email sales@avraxdevelopments.com or call (786) 881-3081. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, to protect your information. We'll respond within 45 days.
11. Children
Our site is for adults planning work on a home or business. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as lenders (GreenSky, Lyon Financing), the My Safe Florida Home program, Google and government agencies. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make important changes, we'll post a notice on our home page for at least 30 days and, if you have an open request or project with us, email you. If a change would let us use information we already have in a materially different way, we'll ask for your consent first.
