My address says Boca Raton. Is my permit from the city?
Not always. Many west Boca addresses are in unincorporated Palm Beach County, which has its own building department. We check your property's PCN and file with the right office.
Do impact windows in Boca need a Miami-Dade NOA?
Not necessarily. Palm Beach County is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so Florida Product Approval generally applies. Our windows and doors are Miami-Dade approved as well, so either way you're covered, and your quote lists the approval number for every window and door.
