Do you work on both homes and commercial projects?
Yes. We handle residential, commercial and renovation work, including new builds, additions and remodels.
Do I need a permit for an addition or a major renovation?
Typically, yes. In Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, new construction, additions and most structural renovations require building permits and inspections under the Florida Building Code. We work with licensed architects and engineers on the drawings, prepare the product approvals, pull the permits with your city or county and coordinate the inspections through final approval.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp. holds active Florida licenses as a certified general contractor, roofing contractor, plumbing contractor, pool/spa contractor and glass & glazing contractor.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the scope, permit review in your city and material lead times. Your written proposal includes a project timeline so you know what to expect before you sign.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing available for qualified customers through GreenSky, subject to credit approval. Ask for financing when you request your free estimate and we will walk you through the options.
