Do I need a permit for a repipe or remodel plumbing?
Typically, yes. In Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, new plumbing, repipes and plumbing changes in a remodel generally require a plumbing permit and inspection. We pull the permit and coordinate the inspections through final approval.
What is a repipe?
A repipe replaces a building's existing water supply lines with new pipe. Homeowners usually consider one when older pipes keep leaking or water pressure drops. Common pipe materials today include PEX and copper. We look at your plumbing during the free estimate and talk through the options.
Can you handle the plumbing for my kitchen or bathroom remodel?
Yes. Plumbing, fixtures, tile and finishes can all be on one contract, so the same team plans and builds the whole room.
Who does the plumbing work?
Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp. is a licensed plumbing contractor. Florida generally requires plumbing work to be done under a licensed plumbing contractor, and that is the license we work under.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing available for qualified customers through GreenSky, subject to credit approval. Ask for financing when you request your free estimate and we will walk you through the options.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the scope, permit review in your city and material lead times. Your written proposal includes a project timeline so you know what to expect before you sign.
