Do I need a permit for a fence or a driveway?
Typically, yes. Most cities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach generally require a permit for a new fence or driveway, and many HOAs require their own approval first, so check with your HOA. We pull the city permits and coordinate the inspections through final approval.
Can you do the driveway and the patio at the same time?
Yes. Driveways, paver patios and fences can all be on one contract and one schedule.
Can you redo my whole backyard?
Yes. We can plan the pool, the pool deck, the paver patio and the fence together as one backyard project, built by one team.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the scope, permit review in your city and material lead times. Your written proposal includes a project timeline so you know what to expect before you sign.
