From Slab to Storm-Ready

01 / 08 · Foundation

Foundation & Slab

Every Avrax build starts with steel and concrete. A reinforced slab ties everything that follows to the ground.

02 / 08 · Structure

Concrete Block

South Florida builds in block. Our general-construction crews raise reinforced masonry walls, with openings sized for impact glass.

03 / 08 · Roofing

Tie Beams & Roof

Tie beams lock the walls together — then our roofing team closes the structure against sun, rain and wind.

04 / 08 · Plumbing

Plumbing

Water lines and drains run through the walls to the roof before the stucco seals the block.

05 / 08 · Impact windows & doors

Impact Windows & Doors

Impact windows and doors with Miami-Dade NOA product approval (the NOA number for each product is listed on your quote), installed by Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp.

06 / 08 · Interiors

Kitchens, Baths & Floors

Inside, the finish work: kitchens, bathrooms, tile and flooring — built by the same team.

07 / 08 · Exteriors

Pools, Pavers & Fences

Outside, we complete the lot: pools, driveways, paver patios, backyards and fences.

08 / 08 · Hurricane test

Built to Last

Built to take the hit. Laminated impact glass is engineered to stay in the frame when struck by wind-borne debris — keeping wind and water out.

I wanted to take a moment and share what I think is the most professional company I have come across in a long time .Avrax Impact Windows and Doors had great reviews but then I met the owner Cesar and felt comfortable with the way he explained his business, the product and the process of how they do business. Not only was he on time with everything, he took care of all the permits, and also dealt with our association. We changed, windows, sliding glass doors and Front door. The results were amazing and their crew is totally respectful and very profesional . Not once did I see any of them on the phone with the speaker going and listening to any personal conversations as it’s the norm nowadays . I already gave a good friend of mine their card and highly recommended them. This is a class act company to work with . Thank you Cesar for an amazing job! Ivonne

I had an excellent experience with Avrax Impact Window & Doors Corp. The project involved replacing all traditional sliding doors, all traditional windows, and the traditional main entry door with new impact units, using 100% Mr. Glass materials. I was very impressed by their service, communication, punctuality, and professionalism. The team arrived on time, completed all the preparation work, removed the old sliding doors, installed the new impact doors, removed the old windows and installed the new impact windows, and finished with a thorough cleanup, leaving everything perfect. It was a considerable job: they cut porcelain flooring, broke concrete around frames or doors where necessary for removal and installation, and even so, the final result was impeccable. I highly recommend them. If I ever need work done on another property, they would definitely be among my first options to consider. AAA work. Kathy

I'm getting older and was getting tired of putting metal hurricane panels up on my home every year during hurricane season. I learned about Avrax Impact Windows and Doors through a coworker. I received many quotes from window installers and was very surprised at the wide variation of prices I was given. Even though Avrax was not a local company, I chose Avrax because they were reasonably priced, offered GREAT reviews and products. I saw the windows at my coworker's home and was impressed in the appearance and attention to detail in the finish work. They are very easy to work with, respond quickly to questions and assisted me throughout the process to the end. They assisted me every step of the way through the My Safe Florida Homes program as well. The installers were absolutely Great! They never stopped working except for a lunch break! My husband and I, on their last day, took them out to eat to show appreciation for the hard work they all did. They became family to us. The only thing that wasn't perfect was a screen door that didn't fit perfectly on a slider. No problem for them. They reported back to the screen door maker, and I received, two replacements shortly thereafter. I live in Riverview and they are out of Doral, Florida...no easy drive for them but, they came through without complaint. Thank you, everyone involved in this process. First two photos are before, last two are after...

These guys are amazing. They installed for my sister so I decided to give them a call. I got 5 quotes and their prices were unbeatable. They beat out all of the local companies even factoring in traveling costs since we are in the Tampa area. These are true Miami-Dade hurricane rated impact resistant windows. These types of windows are an upcharge in my area. Install went great. Permitting was smooth process. Very happy with their services and costs. Install took a few hours. My permit was successfully completed/closed.

Our project with 30 doors and windows has been done a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the installation team. Alex, the front desk in Avrax always answered me the right way and always ready to help me. The Leadtime was 10 weeks only like they said on the contract. Avrax and their professional team are very nice and 100% recommendable. I’ll have my family and friends aware of you guys because you overall are amazing. Incredible prices and incredible service. Can’t be happier.

    What services do you offer?

Our services include general construction, roofing, impact windows and doors, plumbing, pools, exteriors (fences, driveways, pavers and backyards) and interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, tile and flooring) for residential, commercial and renovation projects. One team handles your project from start to finish. Construction services are contracted and performed by Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp., a licensed Florida contractor.

    Are you licensed?

Yes. Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp. is a Florida-licensed contractor, qualified by Leynier Diaz Navarro: Certified General Contractor CGC1537852, Certified Roofing Contractor CCC1337133, Certified Plumbing Contractor CFC1434609, Certified Pool/Spa Contractor CPC1461209 and Certified Specialty Contractor (Glass & Glazing) SCC131153459. You can verify our licenses at myfloridalicense.com.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We work with licensed architects and engineers on the drawings, prepare the product approvals, pull the building permits with your city or county, and coordinate the required inspections through final approval.

What does "Miami-Dade approved" mean for impact windows and doors?

Miami-Dade County reviews and tests hurricane-protection products and issues a Notice of Acceptance (NOA) for products that pass its large- and small-missile impact and pressure tests. Products installed in Miami-Dade must carry a valid NOA, and elsewhere in Florida a Florida Product Approval. We give you the NOA or product approval number for every product in your quote.

Can impact windows or a new roof lower my homeowners insurance?

Florida law requires insurers to offer windstorm mitigation discounts. Impact-rated openings and roof features such as roof-deck attachment and secondary water resistance are items a wind mitigation inspection can document. The size of any discount depends on your insurer and policy, so ask your agent and schedule a wind mitigation inspection after the work is complete.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the scope, permit review in your city and material lead times. Your written proposal includes a project timeline so you know what to expect before you sign.

    Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing available for qualified customers through GreenSky, and pool financing through Lyon Financing, subject to credit approval. Ask for financing when you request your free estimate and we'll walk you through the options.

    Which areas do you serve?

Our office is at 2061 NW 112th Ave Suite 133, Doral, FL 33172, and we serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, including Miami, Miami Beach, Hialeah, Kendall, Miami Lakes, Coral Gables, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.

    ¿Hablan español?
